This type grinding technology notably lessens the gap between heavy grinding and milling of surfaces. The grinding procedure can be executed either dry or wet. Metal bonded diamond grinding segments are mounted on three rotating discs which in turn are mounted on a main rotating discs which in turn are mounted on a main rotating disc. The smaller discs spin at high speed in one direction while the principal disc turns a lesser speed in counter direction.
