04.02.09 - POLISHED CONCRETE HTC SUPERFLOOR™: NEW SOLUTIONS FOR INDUSTRIAL ANC CIVIL FLOORING SURFACES

HTC SUPERFLOOR™ is a concrete floor which has been grinded and then polished. Both existing as weel as new concrete floor could become a HTC SUPERFLOOR™. 

This method consists of grinding the floor, exposing the aggregate in the concrete, by means of grinding machines and diamond tools.

The obtained floor is:

- RESISTENT and HARD: even in areas of heavy traffic the surface remains as new also for many years;

- ECONOMICAL: maintenance costs are reduced to a minimum which adds to the practicality of the floor;

- ECOLOGICAL: the grinding and polishing procedure is completely free of chemical products which are damaging to the environment.

- EASY TO CLEAN: HTC SUPERFLOOR™ does not create dust nor dust can penetrate in the concrete. Tha flatness of the floor adds to facility in cleaning. Only stone soap and water are necessary to cleaning.

- EVEN AND SHINNY: the HTC SUPERFLOOR™ grinding procedure shows off to best advantage concrete's exceptional qualities. This floor particularly reflects the light which makes the environment brighter.

E' prevista la possibilità di rinforzare la pavimentazione attraverso l'utilizzo di un impregnante che contribuisce a rendere completamente compatta la superficie aumentandone la durezza e la resistenza.

In case of NEW FLOORS there are many possibilities to customize concrete floors through the choice of:       

• the size of the stone
• the colour of the stone
• the quantity of the stone
• the colour of the cement that could be pigmented. 

Polished concrete is very functional and aesthetical and for these reasons HTC SUPERFLOOR™ is widely used in industrial and civil floorings, such as industrial buildings, warehouse, public buildings, schools, supermarkets, resaturants.
